Please, carefully read all visitation days/times/rules and dress code policies HERE. Federal Institutions require approval from the warden prior to visitation, along with strictly enforced dress code policies. There are also restrictions on items brought in for infants and children. Teens 16 and older must possess a government issued ID for visitation. Familee Tourz, LLC will NOT be responsible if you are refused visitation due to dress code violations, etc. And there will be NO refund. Please wear appropriate clothing. Familee Tourz, LLC, bares NO responsibility in the event you are denied visitation or are expelled from the visitation room due to conduct, rule violations, etc. And there will be NO refund. Most institutions are in rural locations. Driver’s are to drop off and pick up passengers at the prescheduled times only. If you are expelled from visitation you will have to wait until the conclusion of the visits to return back onto your bus.

Your dining pleasure is allowed 1 hr 15 minutes per restaurant so that we may remain on a timely schedule.
Boarding: is at Largo Metro Station( last stop on the Blue line) at Largo Town Center, 9000 Lottsford Rd, Largo Md 20774. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Familee Tourz will not be responsible for tardy guest left behind. And there will be NO refund. We never want to leave our guest. Bus will depart 15 minutes after departure time. Bring proper I.D. and printed out receipt as your boarding pass or barcode displayed on your phone.
Parking is free inside Metro garage (weekends only)

There is NO reserved seating. Seats are available by customer selection once onboard. We do ask that you occupy the same seat during the duration of your trip as a courtesy to your fellow travel companions, as they may have personal items left behind or stored in their overhead compartment.
Newborns and infants must occupy a carrier/ seat, and their car seat must occupy a passenger seat.
Butner tickets only:
Children up to the age of 11 years of age has a discount of $25.00. (varies with event) Children ages 12 and above will be charged the same as an adult. Children will be entertained by new released family friendly DVD’s onboard the coach with free snacks and refreshments
Newborns are FREE. There are limited tickets available for this special.
Full refunds are restored back onto the card used to make the ticket purchase. Refunds are only granted 5 days prior to travel date. There will be NO refund within that 5 day window. No checks or cash is accepted. Refunds will take approximately 3 to 5 days.
